A.T. Wolff

Founder & Principal Consultant

A.T. Wolff founded Lupicatti Consulting with a simple mission: to help organizations create workplaces where transgender and gender-diverse employees can succeed—not just survive.

With more than two decades of experience in business development, relationship management, leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), A.T. understands that lasting organizational change requires both strategy and empathy.

Throughout their career, A.T. has worked alongside executive leaders, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community partners to solve complex challenges, strengthen relationships, and develop people-first solutions.

As a DEI leader, A.T. helped establish Employee Resource Groups supporting LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC, Latinx, and employees with disabilities. They collaborated with executive leadership to improve organizational policies and workplace practices while leading trainings and initiatives that created more welcoming environments for employees and members alike.

Their commitment to inclusion extends well beyond the workplace. A.T. was a founding member of Rainbow at the Urban League in 1994, established the first LGBTQIA2S+ student organization at Scripps College in 1995, and served as a teaching assistant for multiple Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies courses while attending Portland State University. These experiences continue to shape a consulting approach grounded in authenticity, respect, and practical action.

Our Philosophy

Creating an inclusive workplace isn’t about checking a compliance box—it’s about building a culture where people feel safe, respected, and able to do their best work.

When organizations invest in inclusion, they don’t just support their employees—they strengthen leadership, improve collaboration, increase retention, and create environments where innovation can flourish.

At Lupicatti Consulting, we help organizations turn their commitment into measurable action through:

  • Inclusive leadership coaching
  • Policy and practice reviews
  • Workplace assessments
  • Employee and manager training
  • Strategic DEI consulting
  • Support for transgender and gender-expansive inclusion
